What You Will Do
Plan daily phonics-based lessons using picture cards, flashcards, and interactive games suitable for nursery and kindergarten levels.
Introduce English through storytelling sessions, using locally relevant tales and moral lessons to keep children engaged.
Teach rhymes and action songs that build vocabulary and pronunciation in a playful manner.
Use flashcards and visual aids to reinforce new words and simple sentences in English.
Conduct group activities that encourage peer interaction and collaborative learning.
Support children with different learning needs through adapted teaching materials and one-on-one attention.
Maintain a child-friendly classroom environment that promotes curiosity and reduces language anxiety.
Communicate regularly with parents in simple English or Hindi to share daily progress and suggest home-based language activities.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in English, Education, or related field with at least 2 years of teaching experience at the nursery or kindergarten level.
Valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
Prior experience in NTT English Teacher roles or early childhood education is preferred.
Familiarity with activity-based learning and inclusive classroom strategies is an advantage.
