Prepare simple teaching aids like flashcards, puppets, and charts to reinforce Hindi sounds and words in every class.
Assess each child’s progress through informal observations and record small milestones in phonics, vocabulary, and expression.
Collaborate with the pre-primary coordinator to align Hindi activities with the broader theme of the month.
Attend weekly planning meetings with other NTT teachers to share best practices and resource ideas.
Organize occasional Hindi recitation or storytelling events to showcase student learning to parents.
Maintain clean, child-friendly classrooms with labeled Hindi word displays on walls.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must have completed a postgraduate degree in any discipline and hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Prior experience of at least two years in early childhood education or lower primary Hindi teaching is essential. Familiarity with Delhi’s school curriculum expectations for Hindi at the pre-primary level is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Fluent Hindi speaking and writing ability with clear pronunciation and intonation for young learners.
Patience and warmth to handle the varied attention spans and energy levels of 4-6 year olds.
Basic knowledge of phonics-based Hindi instruction and familiarity with TLM creation for Hindi.
What You Get
A full-time position at Bosco Public School offering Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on qualifications and experience. The role includes access to school teaching-learning materials, light refreshments during school hours, and professional support from the pre-primary team.
