Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive Hindi curriculum for classes I-VIII

- Evaluate student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in teaching methodologies and classroom management
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure integrated and cohesive teaching
- Analyze and interpret board exam results to inform teaching strategies
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance academic performance and student engagement
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and best practices in Hindi education
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal/Head of Department
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A. or M.Com in Hindi) and hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. A NET or SET qualification is desirable but not essential.
