Assess progress through observations and small group activities rather than formal tests.
Collaborate with NTT colleagues to align themes across subjects—maths, EVS, and Hindi often share motifs.
Attend fortnightly curriculum huddles where teachers swap ideas and fine-tune weekly plans.
Maintain a resource corner with flash cards, puppets, and picture books in Hindi for classroom use.
Communicate with parents in monthly feedback sheets written in simple Hindi and English.
Participate in school festivals and annual day rehearsals, integrating language practice into performances.
