Design unit tests and term-end papers with balanced difficulty levels for each topic.
Organize remedial classes for students scoring below 40% in quizzes.
Run Saturday doubt-clearing slots for Classes 11 and 12.
Collaborate with the science department to integrate math applications in physics and chemistry labs.
Prepare question banks aligned with past JEE Main patterns for Classes 11 and 12.
Attend monthly department meetings to review student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Two years of Mathematics Teaching Job in West Delhi or equivalent city experience.
Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and question paper patterns preferred.
