Role Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced PGT Physical Education Teacher to join our faculty at New Delhi Public School in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students from classes VI to XII and will be part of our Physical Education department.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver lessons on Physical Education to students from classes VI to XII
- Conduct physical training sessions for students
- Plan and organize sports events and tournaments
- Develop and implement Physical Education curriculum
- Assess and evaluate student progress in Physical Education
- Maintain records of student attendance and progress
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate Physical Education with other subjects
- Supervise and manage the Physical Education department
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required
- TET or CTET qualification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PGT Physical Education Teacher
- Strong knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and its implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
