Job Overview
New Delhi Public School, located in Patel Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi, is seeking an experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our faculty. As a key member of our science department, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students at various levels.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Teach Physics to students of classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum.
* Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and exams for board examinations.
* Conduct regular progress meetings with students and parents to discuss academic performance.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement and understanding.
* Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate Physics with other subjects.
* Conduct regular quizzes and tests to assess student understanding.
* Provide individualized attention and support to students who require extra help.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
* Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this position, you must have a Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting. CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.

The Head of Department (HOD) track is available for outstanding performers, with annual increments and promotions based on performance.
