Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in Political Science or related discipline with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum two years of teaching experience in Political Science at senior secondary level.
Good to Have
D.El.Ed or equivalent qualification.
TET/CTET certification.
Experience in curriculum development or educational content creation.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to explain complex political theories in a student-friendly manner.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and interactive learning platforms.
Willingness to mentor students beyond classroom hours.
