Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Post-graduate Teacher of Psychology to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Psychology to students in Year 12 and 13, as well as contributing to the development of our curriculum and assessment strategies. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education to our students.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Possess a Post-graduate degree in Psychology or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of teaching experience
- Hold a valid teaching qualification
- Be able to teach Psychology to students in Year 12 and 13
- Be able to contribute to the development of our curriculum and assessment strategies
- Be able to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Be able to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals
- Be able to contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
- Be able to attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
