Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and delivering lesson plans for English classes from Class VI to XII
- Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance
- Developing and implementing assessment strategies to evaluate student learning
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum changes
- Maintaining student records and reporting to the school administration
- Participating in school events and activities to promote English language and literature
- Supervising students during breaks and extracurricular activities
- Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in English language and literature
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in English or a related field, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET exam. A minimum of three years of teaching experience is required, with a proven track record of academic excellence and student engagement.

- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, including literature from the Indian subcontinent
- Ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
