Job Title: TGT Physical Education Teacher
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our team at a Tier 1 school. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching physical education.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks
- CTET/ TET certification is not required for this position
Success Metrics:
- Student-Teacher Ratio: 25:1
- Class Sizes: 30-35 students per class
- Assessment Method: Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE)
- Evaluation Tools: Periodic tests, Assignments, Projects, and Quizzes
Salary and Compensation:
- Gross Salary: Rs 35,000 - Rs 40,000 per month
- Benefits:
- Medical Insurance for self and dependents
- Provident Fund (PF) with 12% employer contribution
- Leave travel allowance (LTA)
- Annual increment of 6-8%
Performance Expectations:
- KPI 1: Student Engagement and Participation
- Target: 85% of students participate in physical education classes regularly
- Method of Evaluation: Class observations, Student feedback, and Teacher evaluations
- Frequency of Evaluation: Quarterly
- KPI 2: Curriculum Coverage
- Target: 90% of the curriculum is covered within the academic year
- Method of Evaluation: Lesson plans, Class observations, and Student assessments
- Frequency of Evaluation: Half-yearly
- KPI 3: Student Progress and Achievement
- Target: 80% of students show improvement in physical fitness and health
- Method of Evaluation: Periodic tests, Student assessments, and Teacher evaluations
- Frequency of Evaluation: Quarterly
