Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver engaging Punjabi language lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to support all learners.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum-aligned activities.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school-wide professional development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Punjabi or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the TET/CTET exams.
