Role Summary
Gems Founders School in Dubai City, Dubai is seeking an experienced and qualified Uk Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mathematics education to our students, ensuring they meet the KHDA approved curriculum standards. Regulatory Compliance
To be eligible for this role, applicants must hold a B.Ed, PGCE, or a Bachelor's degree with a teaching license from their home country. The degree must be attested by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) and the candidate must hold a valid teaching license from their home country. Non-native English teachers must have an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher. Additionally, a police clearance certificate and a valid UAE teaching license (KHDA/MOE) or the ability to obtain one are required.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering Mathematics lessons to students in Uk Primary classes
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement the Mathematics curriculum
* Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
* Ensuring compliance with KHDA approved curriculum standards
* Reporting student progress and any concerns to the school administration
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about student progress
Who Can Apply
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics in a Uk Primary setting. A strong understanding of the Uk Primary Mathematics curriculum and experience with KHDA approved curriculum standards is essential. The ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment is also required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is AED 9,000 - AED 13,000 per month, depending on experience. The salary is tax-free and includes a housing allowance, annual flights for the teacher and their dependents, medical insurance, and tuition fee discounts for dependents. The school also provides end of service gratuity as per UAE Labor Law.
Moving to UAE
Gems Founders School provides sponsorship for the teacher's visa, and assistance with relocation to Dubai. The school also provides a comprehensive orientation program to help the teacher settle into their new role and life in Dubai.
