About This Role
This Academic Coordinator Job in Ahemdabad is a full-time leadership position in Ahmedabad, Ahemdabad, Gujarat. The role oversees academic planning and quality assurance for the State Board of Gujarat curriculum. You will coordinate with school leaders, faculty, and external agencies to implement academic policies and monitor student performance. The position reports directly to the Principal and drives continuous improvement across grades.
What You Will Do
1. Develop and execute academic strategies aligned with State Board of Gujarat guidelines.
2. Monitor classroom delivery, assessment processes, and curriculum implementation.
3. Coordinate academic calendars, exam schedules, and result analysis.
4. Conduct teacher training sessions and academic audits periodically.
5. Ensure compliance with Gujarat State Board norms and reporting requirements.
6. Lead parent-teacher meetings and academic progress reviews.
7. Analyze student data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
8. Liaise with external bodies for curriculum updates and accreditation.
9. Prepare academic reports and present them to the management.
Eligibility
Must Have
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic administration or coordination.
- Experience in State Board of Gujarat schools preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed), MBA, M.A., or M.Sc.
- NET, SET, B.Ed, or D.El.Ed qualification.
- Prior experience in premium school settings in Ahmedabad, Ahemdabad, Gujarat.
