This full‑time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.80,000 – Rs.130,000 per month for a candidate with a post‑graduate degree and four years of teaching experience. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging physics lessons that meet the curriculum and IIT examination patterns, using a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive simulations.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and mock tests, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their conceptual understanding and problem‑solving skills.
- Develop and update teaching materials, including study guides, visual aids, and digital resources, ensuring they reflect current scientific developments and exam requirements.
- Mentor and guide students through coaching sessions, study groups, and individual tutoring, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Coordinate with senior faculty to integrate interdisciplinary projects, such as physics‑engineering labs, enhancing practical application of concepts.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions to stay abreast of educational best practices and IIT exam trends.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, student performance data, and report any concerns to the department head in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field.
- Minimum of four years of teaching experience in a secondary or senior secondary school setting.
- Proven track record of preparing students for competitive exams, particularly IIT entrance tests.
- Strong command over physics concepts and the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible manner.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a knack for engaging diverse learners.
