Role
Responsible for delivering high‑quality Hindi instruction to classes 6–10, preparing lesson plans aligned with state curriculum, and assessing student progress.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons, incorporating literature, grammar, and language skills.
Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi into interdisciplinary projects and school events.
Mentor and support junior teachers, share best practices, and participate in professional development workshops.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting, demonstrating effective classroom management and student engagement.
Salary
Rs.30,000 – Rs.60,000 per month.
