TGT Biology Teacher Position at Atmiya Vidya Niketan, Ahmedabad
Atmiya Vidya Niketan in Ahmedabad seeks a dedicated TGT Biology Teacher to inspire and guide students through the dynamic field of biological sciences. This role demands expertise in designing engaging lesson plans that blend theory with hands-on experiments, ensuring students grasp concepts like cell biology, genetics, ecology, and human physiology. The ideal candidate will also facilitate practical sessions, including lab work and field studies, to reinforce classroom learning.
The Biology teacher must deliver clear explanations of complex topics, such as molecular genetics or ecosystem dynamics, while adapting instruction to diverse learning levels. Assessing student progress through quizzes, projects, and exams—aligned with CBSE or Gujarat Board syllabi—will be a key responsibility. Experience in integrating technology, like virtual labs or interactive simulations, would be an asset.
A postgraduate degree in Biology or a related science subject, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career growth. Two years of teaching experience in Biology, preferably at the secondary level, is preferred.
