Eligibility
Hold a postgraduate degree in English or a related field along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Possess at least two years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or higher secondary level. Secure a valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, including fluency in regional languages for effective communication with students and parents.
