Your students will range from those who require extra support to those who are advanced and require challenging material. You will need to be adaptable and flexible in your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of your students.
What You Will Do (differentiated instruction, support for all learners)
As a TGT Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Creating lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Providing differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning levels
- Supporting students with special needs and English language learners
- Conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Developing and implementing projects that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive mathematics curriculum
- Providing feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their mathematical understanding
- Utilizing technology to enhance student learning and engagement
- Developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Who Can Apply
We invite applications from qualified and experienced mathematics teachers who possess a postgraduate degree in mathematics or a related field, preferably a B.Ed. or M.Ed. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary level and be familiar with the State Board of Gujarat curriculum. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
