TGT Science Teacher Position at Apple Global School in Ahmedabad
Apple Global School in Ahmedabad seeks a dedicated TGT Science Teacher to join its dynamic science department. The role will focus on inspiring students with engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring a hands-on and experiential learning environment.
The successful candidate will design and deliver interactive science lessons tailored to Class 9 to 12 students. This includes preparing detailed lesson plans, conducting practical experiments, and maintaining a safe and well-equipped lab environment. You will also assess student progress through continuous evaluation, provide additional support for weaker students, and collaborate with the science faculty to refine teaching strategies. Regular classroom observations and feedback sessions will be part of your role to ensure high-quality instruction. Additionally, you will participate in school events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities to foster a passion for STEM among students.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a relevant specialization (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology). A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with at least two years of teaching experience in a science stream. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Experience in designing innovative teaching methods and managing classroom activities is highly valued.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within a supportive educational institution in Ahmedabad.
