Role Summary
An NTT Hindi Teacher is required to lead a vibrant student community in Bharuch, Gujarat. The role focuses on nurturing early language skills in Hindi for children aged 3 to 6 years in a premium school setting. Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare and deliver Hindi lessons for Nursery to Upper Kindergarten using the State Board of Gujarat framework. Include age-appropriate songs, rhymes, and picture-based stories to enhance listening and speaking skills. Use flashcards, puppets, and movement activities to reinforce vocabulary and sentence formation.
Conduct daily circle time sessions focused on Hindi greetings, self-introduction, and basic conversation. Encourage students to speak simple Hindi sentences in class through games and role-play. Maintain a Hindi-rich classroom environment with labels, charts, and visual aids in Hindi.
Assess student progress through informal observation and participation records. Share weekly updates with parents on Hindi learning milestones and areas for reinforcement at home. Collaborate with the NTT team to plan monthly theme-based Hindi activities across classes.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a passion for early childhood education and Hindi language are encouraged to apply. Minimum one year of experience in Nursery or Kindergarten teaching is preferred. D.El.Ed or B.Ed with Hindi specialization is essential.
Candidates with TET/CTET qualifications will be preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with State Board of Gujarat early childhood pedagogy is an advantage. Exposure to play-based learning and phonics in Hindi is desirable.
