Your Students

As a TGT Hindi Teacher, you will work with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, creating an inclusive classroom environment that values and respects the experiences of all learners.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning levels and styles
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to provide students with access to a range of resources and materials
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-based activities and events
- Provide additional support to students who require extra help, and to those who are advanced and require more challenging work
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning
- Contribute to the development of the school's language policy and curriculum
- Support the school's efforts to promote literacy and language skills across the curriculum
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A., M.Sc.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in Hindi or a related field
- CTET/TET is not required for this position
- NET/SET or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the State Board of Gujarat level
