Conduct regular assessments through fun activities, short quizzes, and observation rather than just written tests.
Collaborate with other PRT teachers at Hillwoods School to plan cross-subject activities, especially during special weeks.
Maintain student portfolios with their drawings, observations, and project notes to track progress over time.
Communicate openly with parents during PTMs to share student progress and suggest ways to reinforce learning at home.
Participate in school events, morning assemblies, and eco-club activities to keep the learning environment lively.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary classes or Evs.
Familiarity with CBSE or state board curriculum for Evs at the primary level.
TET or CTET certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
