About This Role (immediate joining preferred)
Pranami Global School Jamnagar is an esteemed educational institution in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and we have an immediate opening for a Music Teacher to join our faculty. We expect the candidate to start classes as soon as possible. We need a dedicated and skilled Music Teacher to educate and nurture young minds at Pranami Global School Jamnagar.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging music lessons for students of Pranami Global School Jamnagar, adhering to the curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized music room to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in music events and activities.
- Prepare and implement music-related projects and activities for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage student participation and engagement in music classes.
- Provide support to students with special needs, as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position.
- The candidate should have at least 2 years of teaching experience in music, preferably in a school setting.
- Prior experience with the TET or CTET would be beneficial, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.12,000 - Rs.24,000, negotiable for strong candidates. Benefits include medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
