Experienced Hindi Teacher required for Eklavya Global School to lead Pprt Hindi classes in Junagadh Rural. Leadership expectations and curriculum ownership
You will be the lead voice for Hindi at Eklavya Global School, designing engaging lesson plans aligned with Gujarat state standards. Classroom management, student assessment, and continuous lesson refinement are part of your daily responsibility. Collaborate with subject heads to integrate Hindi across inter-disciplinary projects when needed.
Core responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily Pprt Hindi lessons for grades 6 to 8 with age-appropriate teaching methods.
Prepare monthly unit plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning resources.
Conduct formative assessments through quizzes, oral tests, and written assignments.
Track individual student progress and provide remedial support for weaker learners.
Organize Hindi recitation, debate, and essay competitions to build confidence.
Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
Coordinate with co-teachers for co-curricular Hindi events at Eklavya Global School.
Prepare students for school-level and district Hindi competitions.
Submit monthly progress reports to the academic coordinator on time.
What you bring to the table
Graduation in Hindi or related discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a teaching subject.
Minimum 3 years of classroom experience in Hindi teaching.
Familiarity with Gujarat state curriculum and local student context.
Ability to create interactive lessons using simple teaching aids.
