Job Description
PRT Evs Teacher Job in Junagadh, Gujarat | School Recruitment
Our students in Junagadh Rural come from diverse backgrounds and need a teacher who can make Environmental Studies come alive. Many of them have never seen a forest up close or touched soil beyond their backyard. They deserve a guide who turns textbooks into real-world discovery.
The PRT Evs Teacher in Junagadh, Gujarat plays a key role in shaping curious minds. You will help children connect daily life with nature, seasons, and community. Your lessons will spark questions and build respect for local ecology. Eklavya Global School believes such early lessons stay with students forever.
You will plan Evs activities that use Junagadh’s surroundings—fields, ponds, markets—as classrooms. Conduct simple experiments on water, soil, and plants that students can repeat at home. Organize nature walks in the rural belt to observe crops, insects, and birds. Prepare monthly projects where children document local biodiversity around their villages. Maintain records of student progress in Evs portfolios with anecdotal notes. Coordinate with parents for weekend observation tasks like cloud tracking or plant growth charts. Support school gardening initiatives that supply vegetables for mid-day meals. Participate in monthly Evs department meetings to share ideas and resources.
Applicants should be graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and at least three years of teaching experience. Familiarity with local flora, farming, or rural life will be an advantage. Prior Evs teaching in similar settings is preferred, though not mandatory.
Eklavya Global School stands apart for its hands-on approach to learning. We use local resources to teach science and social studies, making lessons relevant. Teachers here grow alongside students, learning from each other in a close-knit community. The school values practical wisdom over rigid textbooks.
The rewards include a monthly salary between Rs.18,000 and Rs.30,000 based on experience and qualifications. You will receive a government-compliant salary slip and PF contributions. In-service training in innovative Evs pedagogy is provided twice a year. School transport is arranged from key points in Junagadh Rural.
To apply, email your resume with a short note on your Evs teaching philosophy to hr@eklavyaglobalschool.edu.in. Include “PRT Evs Teacher Vacancy in Junagadh” in the subject line. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a classroom demonstration and interaction with students.
