Adani Vidya Mandir | Bhadreshwar is looking for a Music Teacher Job in Kachchh, Gujarat to join its Mundra campus on a full‑time basis. The role involves overseeing the school’s music program, managing resources and coordinating events for students aged 6‑14.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the music curriculum implementation across all grades.
- Manage scheduling of rehearsals, performances and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate with external artists and vendors for workshops and concerts.
- Maintain inventory of musical instruments, equipment and teaching aids.
- Prepare budgets, monitor expenses and ensure cost‑effective utilisation of resources.
- Lead a small team of support staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Organise annual music festivals and inter‑school competitions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and school policies in all music‑related activities.
Qualification
Must Have
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing school music programs or related administrative roles.
Good to Have
- TET / CTET certification preferred.
- Additional diploma or certification in music management.
Skills
- Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with students, parents and external partners.
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Knowledge of music theory and performance practices to support program quality.
Salary and location
The position offers a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month. The posting is based in Mundra, Kachchh, Gujarat.
