Role
Seeking a dedicated NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) Dance Teacher to join Adani Vidya Mandir in Bhadreshwar, Kachchh. This role will be based in Mundra, where you’ll inspire students with creative movement, rhythm, and cultural dance forms. The position focuses on nurturing artistic expression while aligning with the school’s holistic education approach.
Responsibilities
Teach a variety of dance styles, including classical, folk, and contemporary forms, to students from different age groups. Develop engaging lesson plans that integrate movement, music, and storytelling to enhance creativity and discipline. Collaborate with the arts faculty to integrate dance into school programs, workshops, and extracurricular activities. Ensure students follow safety protocols during dance sessions, including proper warm-ups and equipment handling. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging participation and respect among peers.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Dance or a related field. Possess at least two years of teaching experience in dance or a similar artistic discipline. Strong knowledge of dance techniques, choreography, and cultural significance of various styles. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning abilities and age groups. Physical stamina and enthusiasm to engage with students in dynamic and energetic sessions.
Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000, along with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant and supportive educational environment.
