Role Introduction

Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum.

- Maintain accurate attendance records and update the teacher’s diary.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Coordinate with co‑ordinators to plan and execute unit studies and project work.
- Participate in subject‑level meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s annual academic calendar and extracurricular activities.
- Mentor junior teachers and share best practices during faculty workshops.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Lead school assemblies and cultural events that showcase students’ English language skills.
- Organise and oversee inter‑class competitions and spelling bees.
- Prepare and present reports on student performance for parent–teacher meetings.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting is essential.
Salary and Location
Competitive salary range of Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month. Position based in Kadi, Mehsana, Gujarat. Full‑time employment with Delhi Public School | Mehsana.
