3. Integrate laboratory work, field trips, and practical experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
4. Mentor students in project work, science fairs, and inter-school competitions.
5. Maintain updated records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
6. Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute to school‑wide academic initiatives.
7. Coordinate with the school administration to organize science outreach programmes for the local community.
8. Uphold discipline and safety standards during all classroom and laboratory activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Botany or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level. Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching aids and technology. Strong communication skills in Gujarati and English.
