Qualification
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory for this position. A postgraduate degree in History or a related field is highly preferred. Teaching experience in a school setting, especially in higher secondary classes, is beneficial. While TET/CTET certificates are not mandatory, they will be an added advantage.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment. Experience in teaching history to students in Classes 11 and 12 is particularly valuable. Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs is essential.
Compensation
