Daily Responsibilities

Monitor students’ progress during class and provide immediate feedback to address misunderstandings. Prepare daily lesson plans, ensuring they balance theory, problem-solving, and practical applications.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Assess students’ performance through written tests, quizzes, and project-based evaluations. Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices. Attend departmental meetings to discuss syllabus updates, student challenges, and pedagogical innovations. Maintain organized records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
Periodic Responsibilities
Participate in term-end examinations and evaluations to ensure fairness and consistency. Organize extracurricular activities like math competitions, workshops, or guest lectures to enrich students’ learning experiences. Review and update teaching materials, textbooks, and resources to reflect the latest educational trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in senior classes, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, prior experience in competitive exams or research in mathematics education is highly valued.
