PGT Psychology Teacher – Mothers International School | Upelta
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Psychology lessons for Classes XI and XII, aligning with the CBSE curriculum.
Create interactive activities, projects and assessments that develop critical thinking and analytical skills among students.
Mentor students on academic and personal growth, guiding them in research projects and career counseling.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and participate in school events and parent‑teacher meetings.
Requirements
Minimum two years of teaching experience in Psychology at the senior secondary level.
Post‑graduate qualification in Psychology with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Strong command over subject concepts, ability to simplify complex theories for teenage learners.
Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati, and proficiency with digital teaching tools.
Salary
Rs.36,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
