PRT Evs Teacher Role at Patanjali School in Rajkot
This is a full-time position as a Primary Assistant Teacher (PRT) specializing in Environmental Studies (Evs) at Patanjali School in Rajkot. You will be responsible for teaching Evs to students in the primary section, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with school curriculum standards.
Your daily tasks will include planning and delivering lessons on topics like biodiversity, climate change, pollution, and sustainable practices. You will also conduct hands-on experiments, field trips, and interactive activities to make learning practical and enjoyable. Assisting in classroom management and maintaining a safe, eco-friendly learning environment is part of your role.
To qualify, you must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. A graduate degree in any field is also required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be an added advantage.
Experience in teaching Evs or environmental education to primary school students is preferred. At least two years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in a school setting, will be beneficial. Your background should include a strong foundation in science and social studies to effectively communicate complex concepts.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, and offers a chance to contribute to shaping young minds with a focus on environmental awareness.
