About This Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare lesson plans aligned with the Gujarat State Board Hindi syllabus for PRT level.
2. Teach Hindi grammar, composition, and literature effectively to young learners.
3. Use interactive methods like storytelling, poems, and role-play to build interest.
4. Conduct formative assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
5. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and student progress.
6. Organize Hindi recitation competitions and cultural programs within school.
7. Guide students in developing reading and writing skills in Hindi.
8. Assist in preparing teaching aids such as flashcards, charts, and worksheets.
9. Participate in school assemblies and special events involving Hindi themes.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) or equivalent.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a teaching subject.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Hindi at primary level.
- Working knowledge of State Board of Gujarat Hindi curriculum.
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and basic English.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualification in Hindi.
- Experience with inclusive teaching methods.
- Familiarity with digital tools for classroom teaching.
- NET/SET qualified in Hindi.
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi (M.A. Hindi).
