PGT Business Studies Teacher – Surat
Ethical Public School | Surat is looking for a full‑time PGT Business Studies Teacher for its Surat City campus in Gujarat. The role involves delivering Business Studies to senior secondary students and contributing to the school’s academic environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Business Studies lessons for classes XI and XII, aligning with the CBSE curriculum. Assess student performance through tests, projects and viva‑voce, providing timely feedback. Participate in department meetings, co‑curricular activities and parent‑teacher interactions. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a learning‑friendly atmosphere.
Qualifications & Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce or related field with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a school setting. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of business concepts, case studies and practical applications.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to simplify complex business topics for adolescent learners. Proficiency in using digital tools and smart‑classroom technology. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Salary
Rs.35,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Work Conditions
Full‑time position with regular school hours, occasional evening meetings and weekend events as required. Teaching resources and support staff are provided to ensure effective lesson delivery.
