The Mindcraft School | Surat invites applications for a PGT History Teacher to join its dynamic faculty in Surat City, Gujarat. This full‑time role requires a passion for history and the ability to inspire students at the secondary level.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging history lessons for classes 9 to 12, aligning with the Gujarat state curriculum.
- Develop and assess varied assessment tools, including quizzes, projects, and exams, to track student progress.
- Integrate multimedia and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Mentor and support students in research projects and history competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and school events.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student performance data.
Qualification and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in History or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience is required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory.
Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.38,000 to Rs.70,000 per month, based in Surat City, Surat, Gujarat.
