TGT Chemistry Teacher Position at The Mindcraft School in Surat
The Mindcraft School in Surat is seeking a dedicated TGT Chemistry Teacher to join its faculty. Daily Responsibilities
Plan and conduct chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum, ensuring clarity and relevance for students.
Prepare and maintain well-organized lab materials and safety equipment for practical sessions.
Engage students in interactive discussions, experiments, and group activities to deepen their understanding.
Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and projects to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop lesson plans and teaching strategies tailored to different student learning levels.
Collaborate with the chemistry department to integrate modern teaching methods and innovative resources.
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum updates and student performance trends.
Support extracurricular activities, such as science clubs or competitions, to encourage interest in chemistry.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend regular faculty meetings to share teaching insights and best practices.
Conduct periodic student evaluations to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching approaches.
Ensure compliance with school safety protocols, especially in lab settings, to maintain a secure learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for TGT roles.
Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in chemistry or science subjects.
Prefer candidates with a TET/CTET certificate for enhanced credibility.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
