Job Description
TGT Gujarati Teacher Position at The Mindcraft School, Surat
Teach Gujarati language and literature to students in Classes I to VIII with deep cultural and linguistic insights. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with Gujarat’s curriculum while encouraging creative expression through poetry, literature, and regional traditions. Assess students’ understanding through practical assignments, oral presentations, and written evaluations to ensure strong foundational knowledge.
Prepare classroom materials like storybooks, grammar exercises, and regional folklore to enhance learning. Collaborate with the subject coordinator to refine teaching strategies and maintain high academic standards. Attend departmental meetings to discuss pedagogical updates and student progress.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Gujarati with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Gujarati or related subjects is essential. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
