We are seeking an experienced, senior-level Non-Tenure Track (NTT) English Teacher to join our faculty. Instruction Approach
The Senior NTT English Teacher will employ innovative and student-centered instructional strategies to engage learners at all proficiency levels. This includes:
Designing and implementing differentiated lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
Incorporating technology and multimedia resources to enhance language acquisition
Fostering a communicative and interactive classroom environment
Assessing student progress through formative and summative evaluations
Providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
Next Steps (Leadership Duties)
The Senior NTT English Teacher will take a leadership role in:
Collaborating with the English department to refine curriculum and instructional practices
Mentoring new faculty members and providing guidance on classroom management and pedagogy
Leading professional development workshops and training sessions for staff
Participating in school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
Serving as a resource for students seeking additional academic support
Primary Duties (Advanced Degrees)
The Senior NTT English Teacher will be expected to:
Teach English courses at various levels, including literature, composition, and language development
Develop and assess assignments, exams, and projects that challenge students intellectually
Stay current with trends and research in English language teaching and learning
Integrate global perspectives and cultural awareness into the curriculum
Contribute to the development and review of English language proficiency standards

A graduate degree in English, Education, or a related field
A minimum of five years of teaching experience in English or a related discipline
