NTT English Teacher Position at Shannen School, Vadodara
Shannen School on Vip Road seeks an enthusiastic NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) English Teacher to join their vibrant English department. This role focuses on delivering engaging language instruction, fostering creativity, and nurturing students’ communication skills. The position is ideal for someone passionate about shaping young minds through literature, grammar, and interactive learning.
The teacher will prepare and deliver daily English lessons, including grammar exercises, reading comprehension, and creative writing. They will also assist in organizing cultural events, debates, and literary clubs to enhance students’ confidence and fluency. Collaboration with the English faculty and administrative team will ensure alignment with school curriculum goals.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial. A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in English, is required. The role offers a competitive salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic educational environment in Vadodara.
