PGT Gujarati Teacher Position at Shannen School, Vadodara
Shannen School on Vip Road seeks a dedicated PGT Gujarati Teacher to lead language instruction and cultural enrichment for high school students. This role demands expertise in modern Gujarati literature, grammar, and regional nuances while aligning with curriculum standards. The successful candidate will shape students’ linguistic confidence through engaging, context-based teaching methods.
The PGT will design lesson plans incorporating contemporary texts, folk traditions, and regional dialects to foster cultural pride. Classroom activities may include creative writing workshops, oral presentations, and collaborative projects to strengthen fluency. Assessment will focus on evaluating students’ comprehension, creative expression, and ability to apply grammar in practical contexts.
A strong background in Gujarati literature, pedagogy, and classroom management is essential. Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least two years of teaching experience are preferred. Prior experience in high school settings or government exams like TET/CTET will be an advantage.
