Recurring Responsibilities
Daily lesson delivery for the Physical Education curriculum, ensuring that each session meets state standards and promotes holistic development. Continuous assessment of student performance through drills, games, and fitness tests, and maintaining accurate records. Regular coordination with school administration to schedule inter‑school matches, manage equipment inventory, and uphold safety protocols on the playground. Ongoing professional development by attending workshops, staying updated with new training methodologies, and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Periodic Responsibilities
Monthly organization of inter‑school tournaments, including logistics, team selection, and match officiating. Quarterly review of student fitness levels and adjustment of training regimens based on progress reports. Annual participation in district‑level coaching camps and certification courses to enhance expertise.
