Qualifications
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory, with a postgraduate qualification in Biology preferred. Strong subject knowledge in biology, including cell biology, genetics, ecology, and physiology, is essential. Teaching experience in biology or related subjects will be highly valued.
Experience
A minimum of two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Experience in using digital tools for education, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student performance will be beneficial. Familiarity with Gujarat’s school curriculum and assessment patterns is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Daily teaching duties include delivering lectures, guiding practical sessions, and maintaining lab equipment. Assessing student progress through exams, projects, and continuous evaluation is part of the role. Participating in school events, workshops, and curriculum planning will enhance the teaching experience.
Compensation
