Shannen The World School | Gotri in Vadodara is seeking a dedicated TGT Science Teacher to inspire and mentor students through engaging, hands-on science education. This role involves shaping young minds with a focus on physics, chemistry, and biology, ensuring a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experiments. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for STEM subjects and a passion for fostering curiosity in students aged 11 to 18.
The role demands designing interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards while adapting teaching methods to diverse learning abilities. You will conduct experiments, demonstrations, and field trips to bring science to life, ensuring students grasp complex concepts through real-world applications. Collaboration with the science department and cross-disciplinary teams will be essential to create a cohesive learning environment. Regular assessment and feedback will be part of your responsibilities to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
A postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in a science stream, will be highly valued. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be an added advantage. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to nurturing scientific inquiry in students.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 350,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work culture.
