Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students in grades 6 to 8, following the school curriculum and assessment guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom resources that enhance conceptual understanding and problem‑solving skills.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, record student progress, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in subject‑specific faculty meetings and contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum.
- Mentor and support students in extracurricular mathematics activities, such as math clubs or inter‑school competitions.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Compensation
- Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
