Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of relevant teaching experience. 1. Develop and deliver structured physical education lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
2. Monitor student participation and ensure adherence to safety protocols during sports activities.
3. Collaborate with the principal and staff to integrate physical education into daily school routines.
4. Organize and lead school sports competitions, including inter-house and inter-school events.
5. Maintain a well-equipped gymnasium and outdoor sports facilities for student use.
6. Assess students’ physical fitness through standardized tests and provide feedback.
7. Work with special education students to adapt physical activities to their needs.
8. Participate in school events like sports days, fitness camps, and health awareness programs.
9. Keep records of student progress in physical fitness and sports achievements.
10. Train and supervise student leaders in organizing sports clubs or teams.
11. Ensure compliance with Haryana state education board guidelines for physical education.
12. Assist in organizing parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ physical development.
13. Stay updated on new sports techniques, safety measures, and educational trends in PE.
14. Support the school’s mission of holistic development by promoting a healthy lifestyle.
15. Conduct parent workshops on the importance of physical activity for children’s well-being.
