Rainbow International School sits on a spacious campus along Tosham Road in Bawani Khera, Bhiwani. The building is a mix of bright classrooms, a well‑stocked library and modern computer labs that are fitted with visual smart‑boards. A large playground and a fleet of school buses add to the sense that the campus is designed for easy movement and safe play. Under the steady guidance of Principal Mrs Pinkal Asija, the school runs a CBSE‑aligned program that starts with nursery and kindergarten and continues through the upper‑primary years, giving teachers a clear framework while allowing room for creativity.
The student body is co‑educational and primarily drawn from families in Bawani Khera and nearby villages. Most children speak Hindi at home but receive all instruction in English, which creates a lively bilingual atmosphere in the corridors. Parents are actively involved in school events, and the community values regular interaction, whether through sports meets, cultural programmes or library visits. This engagement means teachers often find themselves collaborating with families as part of a broader learning experience.
Academically the school balances a rigorous CBSE syllabus with a range of co‑curricular options. Smart‑board lessons bring textbook concepts to life, and the computer labs give students early exposure to digital tools. At the same time, art, music and outdoor activities are woven into the weekly schedule, so teachers are encouraged to design lessons that speak to different intelligences. The environment is orderly yet flexible, with clear expectations for discipline and assessment, but also space for teachers to experiment with project‑based work or interdisciplinary units.
A teacher who enjoys structure but does not feel confined by it will feel at home here. Someone who is comfortable guiding young learners through foundational concepts, while also mentoring them in creative pursuits, will find the school’s blend of academic rigor and extracurricular variety rewarding. Teachers who appreciate a supportive administration, who are eager to involve parents and the local community, and who are willing to adapt lessons to a multilingual classroom will thrive. The campus offers the tools and the teamwork needed for educators who want to make a tangible difference in the lives of children growing up in Bawani Khera.
