Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons for classes 11 and 12, aligning with the state syllabus and curriculum objectives.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, assessment materials, and instructional resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, student progress reports, and documentation required by school administration.
- Mentor and support junior teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and pedagogical strategies.
- Coordinate with the school’s academic coordinator to integrate technology and multimedia tools into the Accountancy curriculum.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and professional development workshops to stay updated on educational best practices.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to economics and financial literacy, such as mock stock markets or budgeting projects.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety protocols, and educational standards in all classroom activities.
