Daily Responsibilities

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
Regular Responsibilities across the Academic Cycle
- Design and update curriculum‑aligned teaching material and worksheets on a weekly basis.
- Organize and supervise project work, case studies and business simulations for students.
- Conduct periodic unit tests and moderate answer scripts in coordination with the exam department.
- Participate in staff meetings, department discussions and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Studies department in termly examinations, setting question papers and evaluating answer keys.
- Coordinate parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Arrange and oversee inter‑school business quizzes or fairs during the academic year.
Qualification and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Business Studies or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level.
- Strong communication skills and ability to relate to adolescents in a school setting.
Salary and Location
